This research investigates the causes of project delays in Oman, with results indicating that client-related delay factors, such as postponement in decision making, are significant in the private sector. The lack of professionals and workers contribute to contractor-related delays, while delay in the approval of drawings is a main source of consultant-associated delay factors in the private industry.
