Summary: This paper addresses the issue of communication time delays in a single-master multislave (SMMS) teleoperation system by designing a nonlinear robust controller that ensures global robust H-infinity stochastic stability. The system dynamics are decoupled into two interconnected subsystems using nonlinear feedback linearization technique, and stability analysis is conducted using an improved reciprocally convex combination technique. Numerical studies and simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed controller design algorithm in handling the stochastic and nondifferentiable nature of communication delays.
