Associations of healthy lifestyles with cerebrospinal fluid biomarkers of Alzheimer's disease pathology in cognitively intact older adults: the CABLE study

Summary: The study showed that among cognitively intact older adults, higher social engagement was associated with lower levels of CSF tau and p-tau, while regular physical activity was linked to higher levels of CSF A beta 42 and lower levels of CSF tau and p-tau. Additionally, there were significant associations between overall healthy lifestyle and CSF biomarkers.
