Summary: This experimental investigation aimed to fabricate the aluminum alloy AA6056 by adding Zirconium dioxide through Friction stir processing route. Parameters such as tool speed, transverse speed, and tool axial force were carefully controlled to achieve the desired mechanical properties, with excellent hardness values observed in the FSP zone.SEM images of the tensile specimens were analyzed using 3D profilometry images to understand the material behavior in broken areas.
