Summary: This scoping review aimed to identify nursing interventions to help parents cope with perinatal loss in neonatal intensive care units. A total of 327 relevant studies were identified, with 9 papers finally selected. Effective interventions include legacy creation, support groups, family-centred accompaniment, parental involvement in pre-mortem care, and intergenerational bereavement programmes.

Efficacy of Nursing Support in the Pre- and Postmedical Termination of Pregnancy Phases: A Randomized Study

Summary: This study evaluated the efficiency of a nursing support program based on the Roy adaptation model for pregnant women undergoing medical termination. The experimental group showed positive differences in coping with stress, adaptation assessment, and physical complaints compared to the control group, with no significant differences in anxiety levels. However, the total grief scale score was significantly higher in the experimental group during follow-up assessment.
