Summary: This study reported the fidelity, goal selection, and achievement of an enhanced upper limb therapy programme within the Robot-Assisted Training for the Upper Limb after stroke (RATULS) trial. Results showed high fidelity of the intervention, with self-care goals being most commonly selected. The proportion of goals achieved varied based on time post stroke and baseline arm activity limitation.
