Ex-post evaluation and cost-benefit analysis of a heater replacement program implemented in southern Chile

Summary: A study evaluates the ex-post heater replacement program in Chile, focusing on the impact of different types of heaters on reducing firewood consumption and outdoor emissions. The results show that pellet and kerosene vented heaters significantly reduce these factors, while certified wood-burning heaters do not. Cost-effectiveness and cost-benefit indicators are calculated for each alternative.
