Summary: The study shows that bipDARPins can induce apoptosis in HER2-addicted breast cancer cells by locking HER2 receptors through oligomer chain formation. Unlike conventional antibodies, bipDARPins lead to HER2 arrest in the cell membrane, altering its spatial organization and dynamics.
