Summary: This study aims to test a behavior change communication strategy to increase egg consumption among children 6-24 months in Burkina Faso, in order to improve dietary diversity and nutritional outcomes. By gifting chickens to children and providing integrated poultry management and human nutrition trainings, the study seeks to significantly increase egg consumption in rural communities where consumption is very low.
