Peptides Targeting Fms-Related Tyrosine Kinase-4 Activate the Function of Natural Killer Cells in Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Soojin Park et al.

Summary: Combined treatment with peptides targeting FLT-4 (P) along with M or A can synergistically activate the function of AML-NK cells, leading to increased release of IFN-gamma. Experimental results from AML mouse models and human samples demonstrate a significant reduction in leukemic cells and enhanced activation of immune cells with the combinational therapy.
