Summary: A dual-analytes responsive fluorescent sensor PTMQ was designed and synthesized for distinguishing detection of N2H4 and ClO-, displaying colorimetric and fluorescence enhancement responses with good selectivity and low detection limits. PTMQ was successfully used for in-situ imaging of N2H4 and ClO- in living cells, demonstrating rapid response times and high sensitivity.
