Storage Mechanisms of Polyimide-Molybdenum Disulfide Quantum Dot Based, Highly Stable, Write-Once-Read-Many-Times Memristive Devices

Haoqun An et al.

Summary: This paper presents a two-terminal memristive device with excellent thermal stability, capable of achieving write-once-read-many times functionality at a low operating voltage of 1.4V, while exhibiting excellent stability at high temperatures. The conduction mechanisms of the device in high and low resistance states are described by fitting the I-V curves.

The role of the polyelectrolyte composition in kinetic behaviour of organic memristive device

Regina Burganova et al.

Summary: In this research, the kinetic behavior of a two-terminal organic memristive device based on polyaniline/solid polyelectrolyte heterojunction was investigated with varying doping levels of a solid polyelectrolyte. It was found that reducing the dopant salt concentration in the solid polyelectrolyte can significantly increase the response time of the memristive device.
