NEPA efficacy and tolerability during (neo)adjuvant breast cancer chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide and doxorubicin

Summary: This prospective study evaluated the efficacy and safety of NEPA in controlling chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in patients with breast cancer. The results showed that NEPA was effective in controlling CINV and had superior efficacy compared to the historical control group. NEPA also improved the quality of life for patients.
