Stationary distribution and extinction of a multi-stage HIV model with nonlinear stochastic perturbation

Chun Lu et al.

Summary: This paper investigates a stochastic multi-stage model to evaluate the influence of the integrase inhibitor raltegravir on viral load and 2-LTR dynamics in HIV patients. It proves the model has a unique global positive solution, establishes conditions for the existence of a unique ergodic stationary distribution, and obtains criteria for disease extinction. The analytical results are demonstrated through simulation examples, focusing on proposing a method for constructing Lyapunov function in research on stationary distribution of epidemic models with nonlinear stochastic perturbation.

Event-Based Tracking Consensus for Multiagent Systems With Volatile Control Gain

Qiang Jia et al.

Summary: This work investigates the tracking consensus problem of multiagent systems over directed networks, and proposes event-based consensus protocols. By using an extended differential inequality, criteria for tracking consensus under time- and state-dependent triggering conditions are constructed. It is proved that the time average of the control gain, together with the agent dynamics, network topology, and triggering conditions, governs the consensus despite the fluctuation of control gain.

Stability of Time-Varying Hybrid Stochastic Delayed Systems With Application to Aperiodically Intermittent Stabilization

Pengfei Wang et al.

Summary: This article discusses the stability analysis of time-varying hybrid stochastic delayed systems (HSDS) and presents several easy-to-check and less conservative Lyapunov-based sufficient criteria to ensure the stability of the studied systems. The results can be directly used to analyze the stabilization of HSDS via aperiodically intermittent control (AIC). Compared to existing results, the restrictions on control/rest width and the maximum proportion of rest width in each control period are removed, reducing conservativeness.

Stabilisation of multi-weights stochastic complex networks with time-varying delay driven by G-Brownian motion via aperiodically intermittent adaptive control

Sen Li et al.

Summary: This paper addresses the stabilisation problem of a class of multi-weights stochastic complex networks driven by G-Brownian motion (G-MSN) via aperiodically intermittent adaptive control. A new inequality is established to deal with the dynamic properties of G-MSN with intermittent control. Sufficient criteria are derived to guarantee exponential stability in mean square, and a numerical example is presented to demonstrate the validity of the control strategy.

Dongsheng Xu et al.

Summary: This paper addresses the finite-time synchronization problem for multi-coupling fuzzy cellular neural networks with stochastic perturbations and mixed delays. By applying graph-theoretical technique and Lyapunov method under feedback control framework, certain synchronization conditions and the convergence time are derived. Numerical examples demonstrate the practicality and validity of the proposed results, and a secure communication synchronization problem is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.

Stability and synchronization of fractional-order delayed multilink complex networks with nonlinear hybrid couplings

Yao Xu et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the stability and synchronization problems of fractional-order delayed multilink complex networks with nonlinear hybrid couplings, considering both discrete time-varying delays and distributed time-varying delays. Criteria are established under feedback control using graph-theoretic approach and Lyapunov method, related to the topological structure of subsystems, control gain, and the upper bound of time-varying delays. The practicality of the results is demonstrated on specific neural networks and chaotic systems, and numerical examples show the effectiveness and feasibility of the theoretical results.

Stabilization of Highly Nonlinear Stochastic Coupled Systems via Periodically Intermittent Control

Yan Liu et al.

Summary: This article addresses the stabilization of highly nonlinear stochastic coupled systems with time delay using periodically intermittent control. A novel Halanay-type inequality is established to handle this issue, and two main theorems are shown to indicate how control parameters affect stability. Theoretical results are applied to modified oscillators and simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach.

Feedback control based on discrete-time state observations on synchronization of stochastic impulsive coupled systems

Yan Liu et al.

Summary: Feedback control based on discrete-time state observations is used to study the inner synchronization of stochastic impulsive coupled systems (SICSs). The coupling strength of SICSs is state-dependent switching and time-varying under each switching. A synchronization criterion of SICSs is presented using the Lyapunov method and the graph theory, and numerical simulations are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the main results.

Summary: This paper investigates the master-slave synchronization problem of delayed neural networks with general time-varying control. The main theorem is established in terms of the time average of the control gain by using the Lyapunov-Razumikhin theorem, and some useful corollaries are deduced. The theorem also provides a solution for regaining stability under control failure, which is further demonstrated with numerical examples.
