Nonsmooth critical point theory and applications to the spectral graph theory

Kung-Ching Chang et al.

Summary: The critical point theory proposed in this paper is developed for nonsmooth but Lipschitzian functions defined on convex polyhedrons, extending classical results and showing that eigenvectors for certain eigenvalue problems coincide with critical points on polytopes, suggesting its application in nonlinear spectral graph theory.

Summary: The study reveals the complex internal dynamics and low star formation efficiency in gLSBGs galaxies, which may be related to three formation scenarios: two-stage formation, extended dark matter halo, and major merger.
