The influence of biochar on the content of carbon and the chemical transformations of fallow and grassland humic acids

Marta Cybulak et al.

Summary: This study found that biochar (BioC) has an impact on the organic matter content, humic acid properties, and soil adsorption capacity. In particular, BioC can stimulate and accelerate the humification process of soil humic acids, especially in grasslands.
