Summary: The study assessed the evolution of laryngeal and extralaryngeal symptoms and findings of laryngopharyngeal reflux throughout a 3-month to 9-month treatment. LPR patients exhibited significant improvement in symptoms and findings throughout treatment, with laryngeal findings improving at a slower rate. About 28.1% of patients had high or complete response at 3 months posttreatment, while 47.1% required 6 months or 9 months of treatment.
