Summary: Through clustering analysis of international experts, a consensus-based classification of difficult-to-treat basal cell carcinomas into five categories was established, representing five clear-cut patterns of clinical situations. While consensus between experts was not guaranteed, this study provides the first consensual classification of difficult-to-treat basal cell carcinomas.
