Predictors of poor clinical outcome despite complete reperfusion in acute ischemic stroke patients

Summary: In patients with acute ischemic stroke from large vessel occlusion treated with mechanical thrombectomy, a significant proportion still have poor clinical outcome despite complete reperfusion. Older age, higher stroke severity on admission, and lower early CT score were independently associated with poor outcome in this study.
