The novel fluorescent probe IMPD based on imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine is designed and synthesized for detection of hydrazine, with maleimide as the recognition group. This probe showed a lower detection limit of 9.1 ppb and could dye HepG2 cells blue in the presence of hydrazine.
A novel fluorescent probe IMPD based on imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine for detection of hydrazine was designed and synthesized. This probe used maleimide as the recognition group, which was rapid and sensitive for hydrazine. To compare with our previous probe for hydrazine, this newly probe showed a lower detection limit for 9.1 ppb. In addition, the probe IMPD could dye the HepG2 cell with blue color at the presence of hydrazine. (C) 2021 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
