Temperature dependent physicochemical investigations of some nucleic acid bases (uracil, thymine and adenine) in aqueous inositol solutions

Poonam Rajput et al.

Summary: Physicochemical studies were conducted on nucleic acid bases in aqueous and mixed aqueous inositol solutions at various temperatures, calculating volumetric, compressibility, and viscometric parameters. The solvation behavior and intermolecular interactions in the systems were evaluated, along with investigating the structure making/breaking of solute using temperature derivative of B coefficient.
