Summary: A novel mesoporous CdS nanoparticle-incorporated porous g-C3N4 nanosheets with large surface areas were constructed for the first time, showing effective charge carrier separation and enhanced CO2 photoreduction to CH3OH. The 3% CdS-g-C3N4 heterostructure exhibited the highest yield and rate compared to CdS NPs and g-C3N4 nanosheets.

Fabrication of Mesoporous PtO-ZnO Nanocomposites with Promoted Photocatalytic Performance for Degradation of Tetracycline

The optimized 0.6% PtO-ZnO catalyst showed exceptional degradation efficiency, outperforming pristine ZnO and commercial P-25. The PtO-ZnO nanocomposites exhibited high stability and recyclability, making them promising for wastewater treatment applications.
