Source apportionment of soil heavy metals using robust spatial receptor model with categorical land-use types and RGWR-corrected in-situ FPXRF data

Mingkai Qu et al.

Summary: High-density samples are important for accurate source apportionment in large-scale areas. In-situ FPXRF is a cost-effective method to increase sample size for soil heavy metals analysis. Categorical land-use types have a significant impact on the concentrations of certain heavy metals in soil. The use of RGWR-corrected in-situ FPXRF data along with categorical land-use types improves the accuracy of source contribution estimation.
