Probing small-scale power spectra with pulsar timing arrays

Summary: Models of Dark Matter can have different impacts on small scale structure of the Universe, and the ability of Pulsar Timing Arrays to search for and constrain subhalos from these models varies. Some Dark Matter models may be observable with future PTAs, while others are likely out of reach. A Python Monte Carlo tool for generating PTA time delay signal from any model of DM substructure is also provided.
