Summary: This study found that supplementation of N-2 and Air-nanobubble water can significantly enhance the efficiency of hydrogen and methane production in the two-stage anaerobic digestion of food waste. Air-NBW has a promoting effect on both hydrogen and methane production stages, while N-2-NBW only has a positive impact on the hydrogen production stage.
