Analysis of pyrolysis behaviors of biomass extractives via non-linear stepwise heating program based on Gaussian multi-peak fitting of differential thermogravimetric curve

Summary: This study designed a non-linear stepwise heating program to investigate the thermal decomposition behavior of biomass extractives. It was found that water-soluble extractives and liposoluble extractives exhibit different volatilization and decomposition characteristics during the pyrolysis process.
