Summary: In this study, polycrystalline composites of (1-y) [Ba0.9Ca0.1Zr0.1Ti0.9O3] (BCZTO) + (y) [Ni0.25Cu0.13Zn0.62Fe2O4] (NCZFO) were prepared via solid-state reaction method. The dielectric constant decreased with increasing NCZFO content, while the dielectric properties improved with higher sintering temperature. The disparity between experimental and calculated values of dielectric constant and permeability may be due to the diffusion of ions and interaction between two phases.
