Juglone Suppresses Inflammation and Oxidative Stress in Colitis Mice

Summary: The study demonstrated that juglone could effectively alleviate colitis symptoms in mice, improve survival rate, reverse abnormal expression of inflammatory cytokines, and regulate oxidative stress. Additionally, juglone was found to modulate the intestinal microbial community structure and reduce the proportion of pathogenic bacteria.
