Sleep quality and COVID-19-related stress in relation to mental health symptoms among Israeli and USadults

Summary: The study found that during the global pandemic period, COVID-related stress was associated with sleep quality, anxiety, and depression, with these associations being mediated by sleep disturbances. The results support the importance of sleep in mental health difficulties and the urgent need for resilient interventions to improve health and mental health in preparation for future crises.
