Summary: The study established a user knowledge integrated decision-making mathematical model using crowdsourcing task allocation and matrix decomposition algorithm, and improved the accuracy of task assignment through an enhanced genetic matrix factorization algorithm. Experimental results demonstrated the applicability of the model and algorithm in providing decision-making guidance for knowledge crowdsourcing task assignment.
