Mild Cognitive Impairment Patients Have Higher Regulatory T-Cell Proportions Compared With Alzheimer's Disease-Related Dementia Patients

Jiping Fu et al.

Summary: The study found that MCI patients had the highest percentage of Tregs and significantly increased levels of TGF-beta, with significant differences between MCI and probable AD-related dementia patients. Additionally, there were positive correlations between Treg percentage, IL-35, and Mini-mental state evaluation scores in MCI and probable AD-related dementia patients.
