This study examines the relationship between Agile practices and software project management, specifically looking at how Agile can help mitigate various SPM antipatterns. The findings may be particularly beneficial for organizations transitioning to Agile methodologies.
We address the relationship between Agile and software project management (SPM), discussing the extent to which agile practices help to reduce or avoid different SPM antipatterns. Our results may be particularly useful to organizations that are becoming agile.
