Summary: The study found a significant decrease in moderate-intensity physical activity levels among Spanish adults with chronic conditions during the COVID-19 quarantine, especially in males, younger age groups, individuals with multimorbidity, and those diagnosed with specific chronic conditions. There was also a significant decrease in vigorous-intensity physical activity among Spanish males with chronic conditions and those with multimorbidity during the quarantine.
