PEGylated polymeric nanocapsules for oral delivery of trypsin targeted to the small intestines

Omar S. Abu Abed et al.

Summary: The study aimed to develop and evaluate polymeric nanocapsule systems capable of delivering trypsin to the small intestine with minimal release in the stomach while maintaining maximum biological activity. All formulations showed good particle size, encapsulation efficiency, and biological activity, indicating promising potential for developing a controlled release system for trypsin.
