Determination of phenolic acids and flavonoids from Myrciaria cauliflora edible part employing vortex-assisted matrix solid-phase dispersion (VA-MSPD) and UHPLC-MS/MS

Carlos Eduardo Rubio Senes et al.

Summary: In this study, vortex-assisted matrix solid-phase dispersion (VA-MSPD) combined with UHPLC-MS/MS was successfully utilized for the determination of phenolic compounds in the edible part of Myrciaria cauliflora. The method showed good linearity for all compounds with low detection limits, making it a promising choice for phenolic compound analysis in fruit matrices.
