Summary: Neck pain is a major public health issue among sewing machine operators in textile factories in Ethiopia. This study aimed to assess the prevalence and factors associated with neck pain in garment factories in Mekelle city. Results showed that factors like lack of break time, long working hours, static posture, and repetitive activities were significantly linked to neck pain. Preventive strategies and safety guidelines are necessary to address this occupational health concern.
