In this work, effect of sintering temperature (1400-1500 degrees C) and dwell time (3-6hr) on the ferroelectric properties are investigated for Ba0.85Ca0.075Sr0.075Ti0.90Zr0.10O3 (BCSTZO) ceramics. The ferroelectric hysteresis scaling relations for coercive field (E-c) and remnant polarization (P-r) as a function of temperature have been estimated and power law exponents were calculated. Finally, to understand the domain dynamics, back switching polarization (P-bc) as a function of temperature (T) was also estimated using Arrhenius law and the average activation energy was evaluated.
