In this work, we determine the structural, dielectric, and magnetic properties of (100-x) BiFeO3 - x SrTiO3 with x ranging from 5 to 30. The solid solution ceramics, which were prepared by solid-state reaction method, have been studied by X-ray diffraction, dielectric and magnetic measurements. The structure of the samples were confirmed as single phase perovskite structure and change from rhombohedral R3c space group to R3m for heavy doping of SrTiO3. In comparison with other samples, 80 BiFeO3 - 20 SrTiO3 shows significantly enhanced dielectric constant, maximum of magnetization, and additional dielectric anomaly, indicating strong magnetoelectric coupling in it.
