Theoretical Analysis of Experimental Data of Sodium Diffusion in Oxidized Molybdenum Thin Films

Orlando Ayala et al.

Summary: The diffusion process of sodium in molybdenum thin films on soda lime glass was studied, including the development of a grain diffusion mechanistic model. Analysis showed that when studying diffusion in thin films, the ratio of grain boundary size to grain size and the effect of substrate temperature on diffusion coefficient and species diffusion amount should be considered.
