Summary: Chemical investigation of Campomanesia xanthocarpa fruit extracts led to the isolation of six known compounds, showing significant antioxidant capacity and promising anti-cancer activity against various cancer cell lines. The compounds also demonstrated improved trypanocidal activity against Trypanosoma cruzi.
