Extracting clinical terms from radiology reports with deep learning

Summary: The study proposed an information model containing three types of clinical entities and utilized deep learning models to extract clinical terms from radiology reports, achieving high performance. The results indicated that the entities defined in the information model were suitable for extracting clinical terms from the reports and the model had good generalizability.
