Summary: In this study, PCOS patients showed more knee-related symptoms and impaired ADL compared to healthy controls. They also had greater knee femoral cartilage thickness. Although sCOMP levels did not significantly differ between the groups, lower levels of sCOMP may be associated with higher testosterone levels in PCOS patients.
