A new practical method for constructing 3D porous carbon has been developed through molecular design, resulting in high stability and surface area.
A new practical method for construction of 3D porous carbon was developed through molecular design via one-step synthesis from commercially available carbon tetrabromide and bis(trimethylsilyl)acetylene on a gram-scale, and the obtained porous carbon has a well-defined sp(1)-sp(3) all-carbon structure (C-13), high stability, and high surface area.
