This paper explores the recovery of stationary optical soliton solutions under nonlinear chromatic dispersion, in addition to self-phase modulation. Using an extended trial function algorithm, the paper successfully recovers stationary soliton solutions for eleven forms of nonlinear refractive index structures of optical fibers. Technical criteria for the existence of such stationary solitons are also presented.
This paper recovers stationary optical soliton solutions when chromatic dispersion, in addition to self- phase modulation, is rendered to be nonlinear. The extended trial function algorithm recovers stationary soliton solutions for eleven forms of nonlinear refractive index structures of optical fibers. The technical criteria for the existence of such stationary solitons are also presented. (c) 2021 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
