Summary: This study reported the long-term outcomes of primary DS in OAG patients and identified factors influencing surgical failure and postoperative complications. The results show that DS is an effective and long-lasting surgical procedure for OAG, with intraoperative MMC enhancing survival and higher preoperative IOP and postoperative maneuvers predicting increased failure.
