Summary: Through a case-control study, our research found a significant association between HPV infection and the development of prostate cancer, with HPV-positive specimens showing increased expression of anti-apoptotic mediators, decreased expression of tumor suppressor proteins, and altered expression levels of genes related to anoikis resistance.
