A highly flexible, renewable and green alginate polymer for electroactive biological gel paper actuators reinforced with a double-side casting approach

Junjie Yang et al.

Summary: This study proposed a double-side casting process and evaluation methods for electroactive BGPA, investigating the effect and optimization mechanism of casting temperature on output force performance and electrically activated mechanochemical behavior. The experimental results showed that BGPA performed optimally under low-temperature conditions, with long working life and high output force density.
