Total Endovascular Aortic Arch Repair Using 3-Vessel Inner Branch Stent Graft

Summary: Endovascular repair is introduced to reduce the morbidity and mortality associated with open surgical repair of aortic arch pathology. In this case, a 71-year-old male patient with an asymptomatic saccular aortic arch aneurysm underwent total endovascular aortic repair using a 3-vessel inner branch stent graft, resulting in an uneventful postoperative course and discharge on the third day. Total endovascular aortic arch repair is a suitable alternative for higher-risk patients with aortic arch aneurysms not well-suited for open surgical repair.
