Summary: This study found that there was substantial agreement between in-person consultations and teledermatology consultations for inpatient dermatology care. The agreement was high for diagnosis, laboratory evaluation, imaging decisions, and treatment, but moderate for biopsy decisions and no agreement for follow-up planning.
