Coupling Aptamer-based Protein Tagging with Metabolic Glycan Labeling for In Situ Visualization and Biological Function Study of Exosomal Protein-Specific Glycosylation

Lin Zhu et al.

Summary: The study developed a dual labeling strategy to visualize the glycosylation of specific proteins on exosomes, enabling in situ visualization and biological function study. Exosomal PD-L1 glycosylation was confirmed to be required in interaction with PD-1 and participated in inhibiting CD8(+) T cell proliferation, offering a powerful tool for exosomal glycoproteomics research.

Removal of N-Linked Glycosylation Enhances PD-L1 Detection in Colon Cancer: Validation Research Based on Immunohistochemistry Analysis

Junying Xu et al.

Summary: The removal of N-linked glycosylation significantly enhances PD-L1 detection accuracy. PD-L1 expression is significantly higher in colon cancer tissues compared to normal tissues, especially in colon tumors with defective mismatch repair. Improved stratification strategy for anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy in colon cancer has been provided by this study.
